Thanks to organized logistics, delivery to your location for in-stock machines is usually completed within just a few days of order confirmation.The exact deadline depends on the selected model and your location — we deliver throughout Serbia and the Balkan region. Q: Do you sell used forklifts and what is the warranty?

Every used forklift goes through our service before sale: diagnostics, replacement of worn parts and a check of all functions. With the machine you receive transparent information about its condition, operating hours and previous use.Warranty terms are defined per machine and communicated before purchase. Our service remains at your disposal even after the warranty expires — for maintenance, repairs and spare parts.

Q: Which forklift should I choose: electric, diesel or LPG?

Electric forklifts are quiet, emission-free and ideal for indoor warehouses, distribution centers and the food industry. Diesel forklifts provide maximum power and durability for open yards and storage areas. LPG models are a compromise — they can work both indoors (with ventilation) and outdoors.The choice depends on: space (indoor/outdoor), surface, work intensity, capacity and lifting height. Q: Do you service and repair forklifts?

Our service covers everything: from regular maintenance and replacement of consumables, through diagnostics and fault repairs, to a complete machine overhaul. We service forklifts of all brands, not just those purchased from us.For clients outside Belgrade, we organize on-site service support — the team comes to your location. We also offer forklift tires, traction and lithium-ion batteries and spare parts.

Q: Do you buy used forklifts?

If you have a forklift you no longer need, or you are replacing a machine with a bigger one, Royal buys used forklifts of all brands. The valuation is done quickly — based on photos, model data, year and operating hours, and if necessary, an on-site inspection.A trade-in is also possible — the value of your machine is deducted from the price of a new or another used machine from our offer.

Q: Do you deliver forklifts outside Belgrade?

You don't have to pick up your purchased or rented forklift — we organize transport directly to your address, anywhere in Serbia: from Subotica to Vranje, including all Belgrade municipalities. We also deliver to Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo and Albania.Transport dates and terms are agreed when ordering, according to the model and quantity. On-site service support is available at all locations we cover.

Q: How do I choose forklift capacity and lifting height?

Choose the capacity according to the heaviest pallet you realistically lift, with a 15–20% margin — a machine's capacity decreases with lifting height and a shifted load center. The lifting height should cover the highest rack shelf, plus room to maneuver the forks.Also important: aisle width between racks (turning radius), the surface, and the height of doors the machine passes through.
